miniKINI Training School
"New online training"
To be able to offer MiniKINI Colour as a treatment within
your salon it is essential that your therapists receive specialist
training. Teri Baker, offers this service at the Minikini
training school in Bedfordshire at a very reasonable cost.
Each product requires a one day training course
where therapists and trainers will leave with a Certificate
which is accredited by the Guild of Beauty Therapists (Pubic
Hair Colour = 15 CPD points).
It is very reassuring for clients to know that the person who is applying
their treatment has been properly trained and this is confirmed when
they can see a relevant certificate hanging on their salon wall! Both
of these products offer the salon the opportunity of regular repeat business
therefore definitely worth investing in quality training.
The training school is open 7 days a week and SUNDAYS are very popular with Therapists as they do not have to
be out of the salon. These courses are recommended for
qualified Beauty Therapists, Waxing Technicians, Advanced
Waxing Technicians or Training Instructors who want to
add this skill and knowledge to their own training programme.
miniKINI Colour Training Course Content*
The course will include;
• The history and development of the product
• Technical product knowledge
• Principles of coloring hair
• Health and Safety – COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
Regulations)
• Practical demonstrations and hands on practice opportunity
• Contraindications – How and why contraindications might occur and
how to avoid them
• How to optimize sales and marketing potential for the salon
• A practical and written knowledge assessment
• Specifically for Trainers, additional information on how to include session
structure and all other elements into their programmes.
*All materials and equipment required to complete the course are provided
by miniKINI, including light refreshments. Attendees will be issued
with a Certificate of Competence on successful completion of the
course which is accredited by the Guild of Beauty Therapists. There will
also be the opportunity to purchase miniKINI products for Salon and Training
use at discounted rates.
